APPTIVE

APPTIVE is a university IT startup club where students build real services through team-based product development.

As a backend member and mentor in the 22nd cohort, I organized weekly backend study sessions and mentored junior members in backend development.

Key Contributions

Representative Activity: OnGi

OnGi is a family health and communication app developed as an APPTIVE team project.

The team consisted of 2 frontend developers, 2 backend developers, 1 planner, and 1 designer. I participated as both the overall team lead and a backend developer.

As the team lead, I focused on aligning different roles and helping team members communicate clearly across development, planning, and design. In particular, I helped non-backend members understand technical terms, API behavior, and implementation constraints so that the team could make better product decisions.

As a backend developer, I implemented Spring Boot backend features, integrated push notification functionality, and built a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and GCP Cloud Run.
